Aeger Shrimp Fossil – SH 1-29

Measuring approximately 8 cm in total length (including antennae), this is a notably large example of its kind. The body itself spans about 3.5–4 cm, making it a standout piece not just for its size but for its visual clarity. The reddish-brown coloration contrasts beautifully with the cream-colored matrix, highlighting the shrimp’s delicate features and curled pose.

What makes this specimen even more special is the preservation of fine anatomical elements, visible legs, claws, and even the tiny articulations in the antennae.
